Diet of Happiness

Breakfast: 2 and a half to 3 boxes ( never skip the most important meal of the day!)
Morning snack: half or 1 box
Lunch: 3 to 4 boxes
Afternoon snack: 1 box
Food after sunset: 5, 6 or 7 boxes
